Environmental Policy Charter

Aware of current environmental issues, our event communications agency is committedto integrating eco responsible practices into all its activities. Through this charter, we affirm our desire to reduce our ecological impact and actively contribute to protecting the planet. Every event we organize reflects our values of sustainability and respect for the environment.

2. Reducing
our carbon footprint

We strive to reduce the CO2 emissions generated by our activities,
by taking the following measures:
- Transport: Encouraging sustainable modes of transport (carpooling, public transport, electric vehicles) for our teams, customers and service providers.
- Travel optimization: Reduce travel by favoring remote meetings whenever possible.
- Carbon offsetting: Implement actions to offset CO2 emissions, such as financing reforestation or renewable energy projects.

3. Responsible
ressource management

We are committed to using resources efficiently and responsibly:
- Materials: Give preference to the use of recycled, recyclable or biodegradable materials for the design of our events (scenography, sets, etc.).
- Paper reduction: Reduce paper consumption by adopting digital solutions for invitations, programs, ticketing and other event-related documents.
- Energy savings: Use energy-efficient equipment (LED lighting, energy-efficient sound systems, etc.) and optimize energy management at our event sites.

4. Waste
management

We implement waste management systems aimed at reducing, reusing and recycling. Our actions include :
- Selective sorting: Installing sorting points for recyclable waste (plastics, metals, paper, etc.) at all our event sites.
- Waste reduction: Limit the use of single-use items and promote reusable or compostable alternatives (cups, crockery, etc.).
- Recycling: Working with partners to ensure the recycling of materials used during events.

1. Commitment
to sustainability

Our agency is committed to implementing practices that reduce the ecological footprint of our events and day-to-day operations.
We integrate sustainable development principles into all our activities, making environmentally-friendly decisions at every stage of production.

6. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

We are committed to constantly exploring new solutions to improve our environmental performance:
- Innovative research: Keep abreast of technological developments and new trends to offer ever more eco-friendly solutions for our events.
- Regular assessment: Implementing tools to monitor and assess our actions in order to measure their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

5. Choice of partners
and suppliers

We prefer to work with service providers and suppliers who share our commitment to the environment:
- Ecological criteria: Select partners on the basis of their environmental policy, their use of ecological products and their sustainable practices.
- Local and sustainable products: Promote the use of local and seasonal products, and avoid the use of materials or products with a negative environmental impact.

7. Collective commitment

We believe that protecting the environment is a collective responsibility. We encourage the active participation of our teams, partners, customers and service providers in our eco-responsible approach, so that together we can contribute to building a more sustainable future.

This environmental charter reflects our determination to make eco-responsibility a priority in our events business. As an event communications agency, we are determined to minimize our ecological impact while offering creative and innovative solutions to our customers. Every member of our team, every partner and every customer has a role to play in this approach, so that together we can build more sustainable events.
